The Clients Brief
Delica Garage initially had a website that was built using a DIY website builder. The old website was able to help them develop their business to a certain point, but they were seeking more growth and the old website just held them back.
That’s when they decided to get in touch with Masters of Digital, and we worked together to understand the products Delica Garage wanted to sell, who was the ideal customer and what mechanical services they provided.
Having all the necessary information, and using their logo’s colour scheme, we developed their new website, making sure a clear search function is there on the homepage so customers can search by part number or part name, price was easy to see, and photos were all proportional.
How We Helped
With clear objectives in mind, we began developing their new website, following Delica Garage’s colour scheme.
We made sure all the basic information can be found on the homepage, opening times, location, and services they provide, as well as a link to their shop page. A product search function was also introduced, as well as their featured products, so customers get to see everything they might want & need, clearly. As they have two different physical locations, we decided to include all the necessary contact details and information in the footer.
During development, we discovered they did not previously have a return policy displayed on their website, so we stressed out how important it was to have one, so they decided to go ahead with it, and we helped them create it and clearly display it on the website’s main menu.
We also created a custom online form where customers could book in a service day, and a pre-purchase inspection for specific cars.
Within the first month of launching the new website and reworking the entire web marketing strategy Delica Garage had an instant increase in sales, website traffic doubled and had more leads than ever before.
