A custom small business website for a local Melbourne Tree and Lawn business with experience & knoweldge in the field.
The Clients Brief
Charlie wanted a personalised website that truly reflected his passion, experience, knowledge and wanted to make sure it would be able to grow along with the business, instead of having to build a website every couple of years. As part of his brief, he wanted to make sure the content across the website reflected his company’s motto and professionalism, ensuring the design & presentation were also crystal clear and modern.
Charlie had goals to maximise customers submitting online queries straight from the specific service page they were on. He also wanted customers to see his business reviews from Google & Facebook feed straight onto the website, as well as his business Facebook page posts. A clear layout and online form system needed to be created to fit all the various services he offers.
How We Helped
We began creating the website based on examples Charlie had provided. He then gave us all the equipment’s brands he uses, and the specifics of each service he offers, along with the suburbs and areas he services, and the undercutters of the industry with no insurance, low-quality service, poor knowledge or qualifications, and how we can make customers aware of the importance of choosing a reputable company with experience, knowledge a guarantee.
After getting the website’s design spot on, we started populating the website with the pool of information we had, ensuring everything was laid out clearly so customers could easily see the main points and benefits of choosing Milone’s Tree and Lawn Solutions, whilst also making sure his services were clearly laid out so that customers could easily find what they were after.
We made sure customers could get in touch with Charlie easily no matter what page they were on, by integrating a customised online form on each service page, making sure it was visible and stood out so customers could not miss it.
Charlie decided to have his live reviews feed & live social feed on the homepage, which is the page most customers would most likely visit first, and with that decision, we’ve integrated them on the website and custom designed them to seamlessly integrate with the rest of the website’s design.
After the website was launched, Charlie continued to work with Masters of Digital for digital marketing & lead generation, which to this day generates daily leads for his business and fuels its growth!
