A custom designed website for a local Geelong custom built homes business.
The Clients Brief
When Pivot Homes first engaged Masters of Digital back in 2015, their website was producing little to no leads, and not being mobile friendly it was time for an overhaul which we had the privilege of doing.
We redesigned the entire website from top to bottom ensuring the best possible user experience, developing several systems to display all their fantastic floor plans to the target audience, everything being custom built, whilst putting a modern and luxurious spin to it.
Along with the new website, we also manage all of their SEO, Google AdWords and Lead Generation since 2015 ensuring they are on page one of Google for all the essential keywords that drive new business.
How We Helped
We began with a website planning session and spent the whole day with Peter from Pivot Homes along the business owner, Matt. We brought a laptop along, and used it on their projector so we could type all of the necessary information. They shared enormous amounts of information about their brand, the building industry, what they liked about their old website, what they would like to see on their new site, and colour schemes and presentation overall.
Next, we wireframed the website, ensuring that all the relevant information from the planning meeting was incorporated into the design and structure of their new website. Content plans were created to satisfy both Google and their customers. We also created a few different concepts, so Pivot Homes knew exactly how their new website would present before we started developing it.
During development, we created sections of the website dedicated to custom home designs, their standard inclusions, display homes, awards and a gallery, all while being templated on a flexible system that allowed them to easily manage their own website, should they ever wish to.
There were concerns that some customers would not be able to easily contact them or get a rough estimate for a custom built home, so we also created a custom form customers can fill in and enter all the necessary information so Pivot can reach out to them with a ballpark figure.
